Welcome to ChefOrdering!

As a supplier, you can manage your product catalog, receive and process orders from buyers, set custom pricing, and work with sales representatives. This guide will help you get started.

Sign Up with OTP

Create your supplier account using OTP verification.

Sign Up Process:

  1. 1.Go to ChefOrdering login page
  2. 2.Enter your email address or phone number
  3. 3.Receive OTP code via email or SMS
  4. 4.Enter the OTP code to verify and login
  5. 5.Complete your profile with business details

💡 Tip: Keep your phone or email handy to receive the OTP code quickly. The code expires after a few minutes.

Complete Your Business Profile

After logging in with OTP, fill in your supplier business information.

Required Information:

  • Your name and business name
  • Business address and contact information
  • Payment and banking details (optional)
  • Business hours and delivery zones

How to access: After first login, you'll be prompted to complete your profile. You can also update it later from Settings → Business Profile

Invite Buyers to Connect

Send invitations to your buyers so they can connect with you and start ordering.

How to Invite Buyers:

  1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Customers (Buyers)
  2. 2.Click "Invite Buyer" button
  3. 3.Enter buyer's email address or phone number
  4. 4.Send invitation
  5. 5.Buyer receives invitation and can sign up
  6. 6.Once they sign up, they're connected to your supplier account

📝 Important: Buyers can only access your products after you invite them. This ensures you control who can order from your catalog.

Set Up Product Categories

Organize your products into categories for easier browsing by buyers.

Creating Categories:

  1. 1.Go to Dashboard → Categories
  2. 2.Click "Add Category" button
  3. 3.Enter category name (e.g., "Fresh Vegetables", "Dairy Products")
  4. 4.Add description and save

💡 Tip: Create categories before adding products to keep your catalog organized from the start.

Add Your Products

Build your product catalog with detailed information and pricing.

Product Information:

  • Basic Details: Name, SKU, description, category
  • Pricing: Base price, unit (kg, lbs, pcs, etc.)
  • Inventory: Stock status, minimum order quantity
  • Images: Upload product photos (recommended)

How to access: Dashboard → Products → Add Product

Review, confirm, and process orders from your buyers.

📝 Note: You can propose modifications to orders (change quantities, remove items) if needed. Buyers will be notified and can accept or reject the changes.

Set Custom Pricing (Optional)

Offer special prices to specific buyers to build stronger relationships.

Custom Pricing Benefits:

  • Reward loyal customers with better prices
  • Offer volume discounts for bulk buyers
  • Create competitive pricing strategies
  • Manage pricing per product per buyer

How to access: Dashboard → Custom Pricing → Set Custom Price

Manage Sales Representatives

Add sales reps to help manage buyer relationships and orders.

Sales Rep Features:

  • Assign sales reps to specific buyers
  • Sales reps can view assigned buyer orders
  • Participate in order chat conversations
  • Help buyers with product questions

How to access: Dashboard → Sales Reps → Add Sales Rep
