Why Images Matter

Professional images make your marketplace profile stand out and build trust with potential buyers. Profiles with high-quality images receive 3x more connection requests.

Uploading Your Logo

Your logo appears on supplier cards and your profile header.

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Marketplace tab
  2. Find the "Logo" section
  3. Click "Choose File" button
  4. Select your logo image from your device
  5. Image uploads automatically and preview appears
  6. Click "Save Marketplace Settings" to confirm

Recommended Specifications:

  • • Size: 200x200px minimum (square format)
  • • Format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
  • • File Size: Under 2MB
  • • Background: Transparent or white works best

Uploading Your Cover Image

The cover image displays at the top of your marketplace profile page (256px height).

Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → Marketplace tab
  2. Find the "Cover Image" section
  3. Click "Choose File" button
  4. Select your cover image from your device
  5. Image uploads automatically and preview appears
  6. Click "Save Marketplace Settings" to confirm

Recommended Specifications:

  • • Size: 1200x400px recommended (wide format)
  • • Format: JPG, PNG, or WebP
  • • File Size: Under 5MB
  • • Content: Showcase your products or facility

  • • Use professional photography

Don't

  • • Use blurry or pixelated images
  • • Include text overlays
  • • Use stock photos
  • • Upload oversized files
  • • Leave images outdated

Troubleshooting

Image won't upload?

Check file size (max 5MB) and format (JPG, PNG, WebP only).

Image looks stretched?

Use recommended dimensions: 200x200px for logo, 1200x400px for cover.

Want to remove an image?

Upload a new image to replace it, or contact support to remove it completely.
