Order Chat is a dedicated messaging feature for each order. It allows buyers, suppliers, and assigned sales representatives to communicate about order-specific details, delivery instructions, modifications, and issues.

✓ All Participants: Everyone involved in the order can see all messages. This ensures transparency and keeps everyone informed.
Path: Dashboard → Orders → Click on any order
Navigate to the order details page for the order you want to discuss.
Scroll down on the order details page to find the "Order Chat" section. You'll see:
🔔 Unread Badge: If there are unread messages, you'll see a badge showing the count.
Type your message in the text box and click "Send" or press Enter. Your message is instantly visible to all order participants.
✓ Real-time: Messages appear immediately for all participants viewing the order. Others receive notifications.
When someone sends a message in order chat, all participants receive a notification:
Buyer: "Please deliver to the back entrance. Ring the bell twice."
Provide specific delivery details after placing the order.
Supplier: "We only have 8kg of tomatoes available instead of 10kg. Can I adjust the quantity?"
Discuss changes before proposing formal modifications.
Supplier: "Your order is out for delivery. Expected arrival in 30 minutes."
Keep buyers informed about delivery progress.
