As a buyer, you can browse products from your suppliers, place orders, track deliveries, and communicate with suppliers and sales representatives. This guide will walk you through the essential features to get you started.
📝 Note: To use ChefOrdering, you need to receive an invitation from a supplier. Once invited, you can sign up and start ordering!
After receiving an invitation from a supplier, sign up using OTP verification.
💡 Tip: Keep your phone or email handy to receive the OTP code quickly. The code expires after a few minutes.
After logging in with OTP, fill in your business information and delivery details.
How to access: After first login, you'll be prompted to complete your profile. You can also update it later from Settings → Business Profile
Explore products from your connected suppliers and add items to your cart.
How to access: Dashboard → Suppliers → Select a supplier → Browse Products
Review your cart, add delivery instructions, and submit your order.
💡 Tip: Your order will be in "PENDING" status until the supplier confirms it. You'll receive a notification once it's confirmed.
Monitor order status and track deliveries in real-time.
How to access: Dashboard → Orders → Click on any order to view details
Use messaging and order chat to stay in touch with suppliers and sales reps.
How to access: Click Messages icon in navigation or "Order Chat" button on order details
Some suppliers may offer you special prices. Check product pages for custom pricing badges.
Quickly reorder previous orders with one click from the order details page.
Suppliers can propose changes to your order. Review and accept/reject modifications.
Cancel orders before they're out for delivery from the order details page.
