Sales representatives are team members who help manage relationships with specific buyers. They can view orders, participate in order chat, track performance, and assist with buyer needs without having full supplier account access.
🤝 Benefits: Sales reps provide personalized service to buyers, help close deals, and allow you to scale your business by delegating buyer relationship management.

Clear Assignments
Make sure each buyer has a clearly assigned sales rep. Avoid overlapping assignments that could confuse buyers.
Monitor Performance
Regularly review sales rep performance metrics. Provide feedback and support to help them succeed.
Balance Workload
Distribute buyers evenly among sales reps. Avoid overloading one rep while others have light loads.
Encourage Communication
Sales reps should actively communicate with their assigned buyers. Regular contact builds stronger relationships and increases orders.
